Abu Qatada ... going home at last.
HATE preacher Abu Qatada will be kicked out of Britain within hours – finally putting an end to the £1.7MILLION battle to deport him.
The radical Islamist is due to catch a military flight from RAF Northolt, west London, at around 2am tomorrow morning.
He will be flown to Jordan where he will be taken to the maximum security Muwaqqar prison in a military zone near the capital, Amman.
His wife and five kids are expected to stay in England.
The cleric - once dubbed Osama bin Laden’s European right-hand man - has been staying in south London’s Belmarsh Prison after breaching his bail conditions.
His brother Ibrahim said: “The way he has been treated in Britain is a violation of his human rights. They have treated him like a prisoner, effectively locking him up for ten years which is an injustice.
“If the British government had proved anything against him they would have sent him to court for trial rather than keeping him locked up or home detention.”
Qatada’s cousin Hani Abu Omar added: “The family is upset. You tell me what he has done wrong?”
The Government has been trying to deport him to his homeland, where he was convicted of terror charges in his absence in 1999, for about eight years.
He now faces a retrial on those charges.
How can someone who isn't human have human rights, this bastard does not deserve any rights what so ever. At long last he's been given the boot, and it's about time, it is nothing but madness to have let this terrorist remain in England for so long, but at long last he's being kicked out, and after he's gone, it will be time to get Anjem Choudary out.
