Roger David Saunders, b. 05/09/1944 is wanted on warrant for failing to appear in court in relation to offences of possession of indecent images of children.
Mr Saunders is about five feet 10 inches tall, of large build with a fair complexion and short, grey, receding hair. Saunders is well travelled and has worked in the gaming industry, latterly as a table inspector. He has connections to Derbyshire and Surrey. Saunders also has dual British/Canadian citizenship and is still in possession of his Canadian passport and has known links with Canada.
Keith RICHARDSON
Keith David RICHARDSON has failed to comply with the notification requirements under the Sexual Offences Act 2003 and is currently wanted urgently by the Child Exploitation and Online Protection (CEOP) Centre. John Platt
John Platt is wanted for sex offences against children including rape and attempted rape in Oldham. He was arrested in May 2004 but jumped bail and has not been seen since. Police have issued an image of a man they want to speak to as part of an ongoing investigation into child sexual exploitation in Rochdale.
Muhammed Shahzad, born 1/4/72, of Jepheys Street, Rochdale, was arrested on suspicion of rape on 1 April 2011 and absconded while on police bail on 16 June 2011. It is believed he could now be in Rochdale, Oldham or elsewhere in the north west or even further afield.
Michael Sansbury
Michael Derek Sansbury is wanted in connection with serious sexual offences against a child. He was charged in 2005 and was released on bail. He failed to appear at court and has not been seen since. When last seen, Sansbury was wearing his hair long and tied back in a ponytail. He had a beard and moustache. It is believed that he may now have changed his appearance.
Sansbury is 44 years old. He’s 5ft 9in and has a tattoo on his right forearm with the word “MICK” written inside a scroll. He uses various aliases including Derek Bain, Derek Blen and Michael Edges. He speaks fluent German and Spanish and may speak with a slight American accent.

Police are appealing for the public’s help to trace a man convicted of child sex offences. Michael Booth (28/02/1968), was convicted of assault by penetration and inciting a child to engage in sexual activity on 29 May 2012. He was bailed by the court with conditions to be sentenced at Minshull Street Crown Court on 5 July 2012.
Booth has failed to comply with his bail conditions, including failing to reside at a specified address. He has links to Greater Manchester and Lancashire areas. A “sadisdic” paedophile who was deported back to the UK from Australia has gone on the run after absconding from a hostel in Lancashire.
Serial sex offender Kenneth Trotter was described by a judge in Sydney as “a callous, sadistic and most heartless human being” when he was jailed for sex assaults on children.

A ‘dangerous predatory paedophile’ who is on the run after being convicted of a series of sex offences against children will face an indeterminate jail term when he is caught.
John Radley, 56, who tried to rape a 14-year-old girl, failed to turn up on the last day of his trial at Swindon Crown Court, before the jury were sent out to reach verdicts.
After they found Radley guilty of all 16 charges the panel of six men and six women were told there was no reason for him not showing up the day before.

Abdulsamda Ahmed Raza
Twenty-five-year-old Kurdish national Abdulsamda Ahmed Raza – who is known as Samad – is wanted in connection with the rape of a 13-year-old girl in Llanelli in December 2011. Raza has links to Stoke-on-Trent, Leeds, Sheffield and London.

Father Laurence Soper
Police are hunting a former abbot from London over a string of sex offences dating back 20 years. Father Laurence Soper, 80, abbot of the Catholic Ealing Abbey from 1991 to 2000, is wanted over child abuse.
The crimes date back to when he taught at St Benedict’s School, a private Catholic school at the west London institution. A European Arrest Warrant may now be issued after the Metropolitan Police said Father Soper did not answer bail. The suspect is thought to be at a monastery in Rome.
Fr Laurence, 68, who worked at Barclays Bank between 1960 and 1964 before becoming a monk, is said to have several thousand pounds in investment portfolios and also a ‘large inheritance’ from his parents.He was quizzed after a former monk at Ealing Abbey, Fr David Pearce, was jailed for eight years in 2009 after being charged with indecent assaults against youngsters dating back to 1972.
Barry Brunton
Barry Brunton, who is 63 years old, is wanted in connection with an indecent assault on a child which happened in the 1970s. Brunton worked in Hertfordshire at the time the offence is believed to have taken place, including as a choir master in Bishop’s Stortford.
He was arrested in 2003 for the offence and was given police bail but he failed to answer bail in early 2004. Investigations have been on-going in order to trace him ever since; these include enquiries in the Philippines. He is originally from the Isle of Wight but his last known address is London Road, Downham Market.
John Kamau Maina
31-year-old John Kamau Maina, aka “Joe”, is wanted in connection to the serious sexual abuse of a child in Reading. As well as Reading, he has connections to Watford. He’s an illegal immigrant, is probably using a new identity and could be working in a care home looking after vulnerable adults.

Jason Waller
33 year old Jason Elton John Waller is a convicted sex offender who has broken the conditions of his release and been missing since March 2009. He is considered a very high risk and needs finding fast.
He has links all across the country including Devon, Kent, Cardiff, London and Guildford. Waller is described as white, 5’8” tall and overweight with light brown, short receding hair. He has previously had a moustache and beard, and speaks with a West Country accent.

Hafij Rahmat Ullah
Fifty-two-year-old Hafij Rahmat Ullah is a convicted paedophile who abused young children while working as an Imam at a mosque in Hertfordshire. He is wanted by police after failing to register as a sex offender. Ullah, has a scar on left side of his neck, and has links to South Wales, Hertfordshire and London. He may well be teaching at a mosque.

Paulo Oliveira is wanted for sexually abusing a 14-year-old boy. He was arrested but failed to return bail in March 2008 and has not been seen since. Oliveira is 45 and has links to London and Belfast.

Abdi Karim Ismail is wanted for the serious sexual assault of a teenager in Cardiff in December 2010. The 38 year old – who has previously worked as a taxi driver – has links to South Wales, London and Northampton.

Richard John Ramsay Burrows

Sixty-seven-year-old Richard John Ramsay Burrows is wanted in connection with the sexual assault of young boys which took place during the 1980s at a care home where Burrows was working as a house master. Burrows was due to stand trial in 1998 but absconded and has not been seen since. Burrows has links to Cheshire and the Midlands and may now own a barge.

Stephen Mark Clare
Last known to have resided in the Newcastle upon Tyne area. Has previously had connections with the Bromsgrove area of West Midlands and Brighton, Sussex. However it is assessed as likely that he could be abroad. Clare, 38 (2011), was jailed for sexually assaulting a five-year-old girl and taking indecent photographs in the 1990s. He served 18 months of a three-year sentence before he was released on licence but was ordered to sign the sex offenders register. After being released from jail in 1998, he moved to Brighton.
Clare previously worked as a photographer and trained to teach English as a foreign language.A spokesman for Ceop said: “We don’t have any idea where he is.“He has not been seen since 2002 when he last complied with the terms of his registration. “Since then he has disappeared.
Robert Hands
Police have appealed for help in their hunt for an alleged paedophile charged with more than 20 sexual offences. Robert Hands, 53, is described as “dangerous” and the public are warned not to approach him but alert officers to his whereabouts.
He is white with blue eyes, around 5ft 9in tall and of a heavy build. Hands has shoulder length brown/greying hair, which he frequently ties in a ponytail, and a grey beard, sometimes in a goatee style.
He has been charged with four counts of rape, nine counts of sexual activity with a child, three counts of indecent assault on a girl under 13, three counts of indecency with a child, two counts of inciting sexual activity with a child and five counts of making indecent images of children. The offences span a range of dates from 1999 to 2009

David Parr
Parr, 44, was jailed for five years in 2000 and put on the Sex Offender Register for life for sex attacks on children under 13 and making indecent images of youngsters.He was released from jail on licence in January 2004 and should have informed police where he was living, but has since disappeared.
Parr, who also uses the name David Cauldwell. Parr is from Wigan, Greater Manchester, but intelligence suggests he may have travelled in Europe and is also known to have spent time in Singapore and Malaysia.
Christopher Alan Birch
Christopher Alan Birch, 31, is originally from the Gosport area and worked in the catering industry. It is possible he may have travelled to Spain to find employment there. He also has connections to the Salford area of Manchester. He was charged in November 2010 with four counts of rape of a woman and two counts of causing a child to look at an image of sexual activity.
In May 2011, he was charged with failing to comply with the terms of his Sexual Offences Registration Order. Birch was on court bail and was next due to appear at Portsmouth Crown Court on July 25, 2011, but failed to appear.
Mr Birch is described as white, 5ft 7in (1.7m), of medium build, with dark brown hair and hazel eyes. He has tattoos of MCFC on his left arm and of a dragon on his back. He also has a pierced left ear.

Lee Shaw
Police in Lancashire are appealing for information about the whereabouts of a very high risk sex offender. Lee Shaw, 27, a registered sex offender, is wanted for offences of breach of bail and failing to notify.
He appeared at Fleetwood Magistrates Court on September 1 for an offence of failing to comply with notification requirements and was remanded on bail to live and sleep at an address in the town. But he has since failed to report to the police and to keep an appointment with the Probation Service.
Shaw was convicted in 2003 at Edinburgh High Court and sentenced to 18 months for offences of lewd, indecent and libidinous behaviour after he sexually assaulted a young boy.Shaw has links to Lancashire as well as Manchester and Yorkshire. He is described as white, 5ft 5ins tall, with a slim build, blue eyes and short fair hair. He speaks with a Yorkshire accent. Rifat Mehmet
Rifat Mehmet, now 48 (2012) , was convicted for child sex offences and was placed on the Sex Offenders Register on his release from prison in 2001. Missing since 2001.
He has breached his obligations under the Sex Offenders Act 1997 by failing to inform police of his current residential address. ”It is thought that he is living in the London or Essex area – though he could be living elsewhere.”
Peter Phillips
Suspected paedophile Peter Phillips is still on the run – and police need your help to track him down.
The 56-year-old, from Newport, was arrested on suspicion of causing or inciting a child to engage in sexual activity in November 2011.
He was released on bail while detectives continued investigating the case, but has since gone on-the-run.
Police now think he might be in Derby or Lincoln with his wife, Suzie Phillips, 31, who has also been missing from Newport since January 9 2012.
Phillips is described as white, slim and 5ft 10in tall, with blue eyes and short, straight, grey hair. He has the names “Rose” and “Janet” tattooed on his right bicep.
Suzie is described as white and stocky, with a pale complexion and around 5ft 6in tall. She has scars on her eyebrow and stomach.

Stephen Brown
Information wanted on sex offender Stephen Brown
Police are appealing for information regarding the whereabouts of Stephen Brown, a convicted sex offender, aged 47, from Swindon.
In June 2006, Brown was convicted at Coventry Crown Court of sexual activity and sexual grooming of a female aged under 16.
He was sentenced to two and a half years imprisonment and was subject to a Sexual Offences Prevention Order (SOPO).
In May 2010, Brown was arrested by Wiltshire Police on suspicion of breaching his SOPO and was released on police bail pending further enquiries.
Shortly after he was released, officers received information that Brown had left the house in Swindon where he was staying and an investigation into his whereabouts was begun.

Jeffrey Redman-Armstrong is a registered sexual offender and as part of this, he is required to inform police of his current address, however officers have not had contact with him since September. The 42-year-old was convicted in 2005 of sexual activity with a female under 16 and was released last May. He has connections to Derby and Long Eaton.
James Robert Bristow
Milton Keynes Magistrates Court issued a Warrant for the arrest of James Robert Bristow on the 7th March 2012. Bristow failed to attend a Magistrates Court Hearing on the 7th March 2012 to answer charges relating to serious offences involving children. Bristow, aged 35, had a last known address of Babbacombe Road, Torquay

Mohammed Rafique
In June 2008 Mohammed Rafique was living with a family in the Cowley area of Oxford and had done so for over three years.
It is alleged that on the evening of 25 June 2008 he seriously sexually assaulted a seven year old girl. He was arrested and interviewed but has subsequently failed to attend the police station on bail. It is believed that he still has links to Cowley, Oxford and is perhaps in the Birmingham area. He has family in Pakistan.
