Suddenly, that age-old quotation “as you sow, so shall you reap” takes on a new and horrific reality with the beheading of a US journalist held captive by murderous Muslim terrorists.
UK Express It is also a tragic fact that James Foley is not the first victim of a gruesome beheading filmed by Islamist murderers to be made available worldwide via blogs and social media.

While the filming of this latest travesty is far and away the most professional to date, complete with clip-on microphones, graphics and the chilling use of the fading to black technique, what has caused it to resonate so deeply with the whole of Britain is that it is the first one that would appear to have had the commentary supplied by someone who sounds as if they would be more at home in London.

‘Jihadi John’ from London, thought to be the beheader of American journalist James Foley
This is the price we have to pay for the years we allowed hate-filled Muslim preachers to spread their messages of evil and unrest to vulnerable young recruits outside mosques each week with police just watching and doing nothing more than making up the numbers.
We did nothing as some of our schools were infiltrated to the point where Christmas was banned, non-Muslim children were denied the opportunity to go on school trips and the public address system was hijacked to broadcast the daily call to prayer.
We permitted groups of mostly Muslim agitators to burn poppies in front of horri-fied former servicemen, carry posters advocating the murder of troops returning from Iraq and Afghanistan, and yell ugly chants with the police again doing nothing more than acting as spectators.
The liberal Left, egged on by a combination of the chattering classes and a supine media led by state broadcaster the BBC crippled with the fear of being seen to be anything less than insanely tolerant, ensured that instead of offering any credible resistance to the creeping tide of treachery, the perverted zealots were as much encouraged as they were indulged. Everything was done in favour of a tiny and, in some parts, twisted minority, and the rest of us would have to lump it.
Farcical court cases belonging to a Carry On movie and which highlighted Britain’s impotence in dealing with the terror in her midst and wholly unable to ship out undesirable foreign nationals, were seized on as examples of how weak and outdated our legal system is.

Perhaps the most sickening aspect of the lot is that so many of those nursing hate in their hearts and murder in their heads are being funded by our benefit system. They might despise the West and all it stands for but clearly they can suspend the disgust long enough to cash their giros.
Even if we have now woken up to the hate preachers and suspect mosques it is, sadly, too late. Today the internet and social media are the means by which the next crop of killers is identified and recruited.
It is estimated that up to 250 of the 1,000 Britons said to have gone to fight their “holy” war have now returned. It is perfectly feasible that some, having seen conflict at first hand, will be so thrilled by it they will seek to bring their fanatical devotion to a high street near you when they return to their unremarkable lives. As it appears the British jihadis are among the most vicious and highly skilled IS has to offer, there is every reason to be extremely anxious.
At next year’s general election, we will be voting in the government that has to protect us against those people and any of their vile counterparts who also come home. In truth, do you really trust any of them with that life or death responsibility?
