Since when is a beheading in London by a Muslim NOT a terrorist act?

Notice how SKY News refuses to identify the beheader of the 82-year-old grandmother as a “MUSLIM.” They call him a “young man,” “suspect,” and “individual” but never what he is: another Muslim who beheads people.
